Canopy Tent Rentals
Two sizes, both with sidewalls, and both delivered and set up by us. In North Texas a canopy is rarely decoration — it is the thing that decides whether people stay for the whole event or drift off after an hour.
Choosing between the two sizes
10×10 canopy tent
A pop-up canopy with sidewalls, good for shade or light weather. Seats up to 25 people. The right choice for a birthday, a small gathering, or covering one specific area such as food or a seating cluster.
10×20 canopy with sidewalls
Much larger coverage — good for 40 or more people. Sidewalls help block wind and sun. The one to pick when the canopy has to shelter the event rather than a corner of it.
Setup is not an add-on here. Delivery and setup are included with both canopy rentals, so unlike most items in the catalog, a canopy is not something you collect and put up yourself.
What sidewalls actually do
Both canopies come with them, and they are the reason a canopy is worth more than a patch of shade. Sidewalls help block wind and sun — useful when the sun is low in the late afternoon and overhead cover alone stops doing anything, or when a breeze keeps lifting napkins off a table.
You are not obliged to use them. On a still evening an open canopy feels better; the point is that you have the option on the day without renting anything extra.
What people usually rent with a canopy
- Misting fan (40") — includes roughly 32 feet of misting hose and connects to a standard garden hose. Under a canopy in summer it is a real difference-maker.
- Pedestal fan — simpler airflow for guests under cover.
- String lights (48ft) — warm Edison-style lights that work well strung under a canopy for an evening event.
- Tarp — useful as ground cover under a canopy, or as extra shade.
- Tables and chairs — what goes underneath. See table and chair rentals, and note the 4ft round tables include a cover while the 6ft rectangular ones do not.
- Extension cord — heavy-duty, roughly 45 to 50 feet, if the lights or fans need to reach a distant outlet.

We confirm the date and the details
Availability, event timing and setup are reviewed before we send the final quote.
Payment confirms the booking
The canopy is reserved for your date once the required payment is received and we confirm the booking.
Sending the request is not a confirmed booking, and nothing is reserved until that final step. Canopies are the item people most often leave to the last minute, so it is worth asking early. Follow your request on Track My Request.
Canopy questions
Which canopy size do I need?
The 10×10 pop-up canopy seats up to 25 people and suits shade or light weather. The 10×20 gives much larger coverage and is the one for 40 or more people.
Do the canopies come with sidewalls?
Yes. Both the 10×10 and the 10×20 come with sidewalls, which help block wind and sun.
Is setup included, or do I put it up myself?
Delivery and setup are included with both canopy rentals. You do not raise them yourself.
Is there a deposit on a canopy?
No refundable security deposit applies to the 10×10 or 10×20 canopy rentals. Where a deposit does apply to an item, it is quoted as its own line, separate from the rental charge.
