Foam Machine Rentals
A foam party is the kind of thing children talk about for weeks afterwards. There are two ways to rent it from us, and the right one depends mostly on whether you want to be running the machine or enjoying the party.
Two ways to rent it
Full-service, per hour
We operate the machine for the time you book. Priced per hour. Choose this when the party is the point and you do not want to be tending equipment during it — or when the guests are young enough that somebody should be watching the machine rather than the cake.
24-hour DIY, per day
You run it yourself over a 24-hour rental. Priced per day. Choose this when you are comfortable operating it and want the flexibility to use it more than once across an afternoon and evening.
Pricing depends on which option you pick and how long you want it running, so there is no single figure to quote up front. Add it to a request with the option you want and the amount is confirmed in your final quote. Current pricing is always shown in the rentals catalog.
Building a foam party around it
A foam machine is the centrepiece, but the event still needs the ordinary things.
- Somewhere to sit and dry off — folding chairs and tables. See table and chair rentals.
- Shade for everyone not in the foam — a canopy with sidewalls gives parents somewhere out of the sun. See canopy rentals.
- Something cold — an ice shaver machine for snow cones, coolers in several sizes, or a drinks fountain.
- Sound — either speaker option includes a microphone at no additional charge, both with a refundable security deposit.
- Trash cans — a 33-gallon can includes one disposable bag, with extra bags available to add. A refundable cleaning deposit applies.

The more we know when we review the request, the fewer surprises on the day.
Which option you want
Full-service by the hour, or 24-hour DIY. It changes both the price and what happens on the day.
Where it is going
The address sets your transportation charge, calculated from driving distance and shown before you submit.
Your event timing
When you want the foam running, and for how long.
Anything unusual about the space
Setup details are reviewed with you before your final quote goes out.
Sending the request does not book the date. We confirm availability and send a final quote; the machine is reserved once the required payment is received and the booking is confirmed.

What is the difference between full-service and DIY?
Full-service is priced per hour and we operate the machine. The 24-hour DIY option is priced per day and you run it yourself. You choose which one when you add the rental to your quote.
How much does a foam party cost?
It depends on which option you choose and how long you want it running, so it is not a single fixed figure. The amount is confirmed in your final quote after we review your event details.
Is there a deposit on the foam machine?
No refundable security deposit applies to the foam machine rental. Where a deposit applies to an item, it is quoted separately from the rental charge and returned after the equipment comes back in good order.
What do you need from me on the day?
Tell us where it is going and what the space is like when you send your request. Setup details are reviewed with you before the final quote, so nothing is left to be worked out on the day.
