Seating and tables are the part of an event people notice only when there is not enough of it. Here is exactly what we carry and — the part that usually catches people out — exactly what comes with each one.
What we carry
White folding chair
Clean white folding chairs that work indoors or outside. Good for all kinds of events — we have plenty on hand. Rented per chair, so the quantity is yours to set.
4ft round table
Smaller round tables — good for seating smaller groups or as side tables. One disposable table cover is included with each table, at no extra charge.
6ft rectangular table
Standard 6-foot tables — good for food, drinks, gifts, or seating. A table cover is not included with this one. If you want the tables covered, add covers separately or bring your own.
The one thing worth double-checking: the round tables come with a cover and the rectangular tables do not. If your event is a mix of both, you will need covers for the 6ft tables specifically.
Included, add-on, or deposit — what the difference means
Every line in a Celina Event Solutions quote falls into one of three groups, and they never get blurred together.
Comes with the rental
No separate charge and nothing to add. The disposable cover on a 4ft round table is an example, as is the microphone that comes with either speaker.
A separate rental line
Something you choose to add, priced on its own. A cover for a 6ft rectangular table is an add-on, not an inclusion. It will always appear as its own line in your quote.
Held, not spent
Quoted separately from your rental charges and returned after the equipment comes back in good order. It is not revenue and it is not part of the rental cost.
Worth adding alongside seating
- Canopy tents — if the seating is going outside, shade is the companion purchase. See canopy rentals.
- Trash cans — a 33-gallon can includes one disposable bag; extra bags can be added to your quote. A refundable cleaning deposit applies.
- String lights — 48 feet of warm Edison-style lights for an evening setup.
- Pedestal or misting fans — seated guests in Texas heat notice airflow more than almost anything else.
- Extension cord — heavy-duty, roughly 45 to 50 feet, for powering lights, fans and speakers where the outlet is not close by.

Add quantities to your quote
Chairs and tables are per item. Put in the numbers your headcount needs.
Choose delivery or pickup
Delivery is priced automatically from the driving distance to your address and shown before you submit. Customer pickup, where offered, has no delivery charge.
We confirm availability
We check that the quantities are actually free on your date, then send your final quote.
Payment confirms the booking
Equipment is reserved once the required payment is received and the booking is confirmed — not before.
Sending a request is not a confirmed booking. Chairs and tables are held for your date only after that final step, which is why quantities are worth sending early. You can follow where your request stands on Track My Request.
Common questions
Do table covers come with the tables?
It depends on the table. Each 4ft round table includes one disposable table cover. The 6ft rectangular table does not include a cover — add one separately if you need it.
Is there a deposit on tables and chairs?
No refundable security deposit applies to the folding chairs or to the 6ft rectangular and 4ft round tables. Some other items in the catalog do carry one, and it is always shown separately from the rental charge.
How many chairs and tables can I get?
Chairs and tables are rented per item, so you set the quantity when you build your request. We check availability for your date when we review it and confirm the numbers in your final quote.
Can I use these indoors?
Yes. The white folding chairs work indoors or outside.
