Event Accessory Rentals
Most of what goes wrong at an event is small: the extension cord that was too short, the table with no cover, the trash can nobody ordered. These are the pieces that go with the rentals rather than star in them, and they are all available on the same request.
Power, water and ground
Extension cords
Heavy-duty cords in 50 ft and 100 ft lengths, rated for indoor and outdoor use, for lights, fans, speakers and other compatible equipment. Each carries a refundable deposit.
100 ft water line extension
Carries water from an outdoor spigot to the misting fan when the fan's included hose does not reach. Details on misting fan rentals.
Tarps
Heavy-duty tarps in 8×10 ft and 10×20 ft — ground cover under a canopy, over grass or dirt, or extra shade. Each size carries its own refundable deposit.
Light
- String lights (48 ft) — warm Edison-style lights that work strung across a patio or under a canopy for evening events.
- Portable flood light (31,000 lumens) — a high-output light on an adjustable-height tripod with fully rotatable heads and three selectable colour modes, for nighttime setups where you need to see rather than set a mood.
Covers, drinks and waste
- Chair covers — for white folding chairs, when the occasion calls for it.
- Table covers — 4-foot round tables include one disposable cover; 6-foot rectangular tables do not, so rectangular covers are available separately, and extra round covers too. See table and chair rentals.
- Ice chest coolers in several sizes. You add your own ice.
- Drinks fountain — for a beverage station that people notice.
- 33-gallon trash cans — each includes one disposable bag, with additional bags available.
Entrances and backdrops
- Stanchion and red carpet set — 8 stanchion posts, 6 connecting ropes and a 32-foot red carpet. Carries a refundable deposit.
- Balloon arch frame / backdrop stand — a freestanding frame for a balloon arch or a photo backdrop. Balloons not included.
Every deposit is refundable, listed separately in your quote, and returned after the item comes back in good order. A deposit is not part of the rental price. Current pricing for each accessory is on the rentals catalog; delivery and pickup are priced from the driving distance to your address and shown before you submit, or collect the order yourself where pickup is available.
How requesting a quote works
Build your list
Browse the catalog and add the accessories alongside the main rentals — the cord with the fan, the cover with the table, the trash can with the food.
Send your event details
Enter your event date, times and delivery or pickup choice, and send it. Any delivery charge appears before you submit; no payment is taken yet.
We review and quote
We check availability for your date, review the details, and send your final quote with the amount due and any refundable deposits listed separately.
Payment confirms the booking
Once the required payment is received and we confirm the booking, everything on it is reserved for your event.
Until that last step a request is not a reservation and nothing is held for your date. You can see where yours stands at any time on Track My Request.
Accessory questions
Which extension cord length should I choose?
Measure from the outlet to where the equipment will stand and add a margin. The 50 ft cord covers most patios; the 100 ft cord is for equipment out in the yard. Both are rated for outdoor use.
Do the 6-foot tables come with a cover?
No. Rectangular table covers are a separate add-on. The 4-foot round tables do include one disposable cover each.
Which accessories carry a refundable deposit?
Tarps, extension cords and the stanchion and red carpet set do. Each deposit is listed separately in your quote and returned after the item comes back in good order.
Can I add an accessory after I have booked?
Yes. Open Track My Request, verify with the emailed code, and use Add to your booking. We review the addition before it takes effect.
Finish the list
Add the accessories to the same quote as your rentals and send it. We review availability and transportation, then come back with a final quote — nothing is reserved until that is paid and confirmed.
