Where the event is on a large property or a long way from the house, the things that decide whether the day runs smoothly are the unglamorous ones — where power comes from, where the water for a misting fan comes from, and what is under the canopy. Planning for a property with room to spread out
The further your setup is from the house, the more the reach of each piece of equipment matters.
Power that reaches
Fans, string lights, speakers and the flood light all need an outlet. Heavy-duty extension cords come in 50 ft and 100 ft lengths, rated for indoor and outdoor use, so the equipment can sit where the guests are rather than where the socket is.
Water for the misting fan
The 40-inch misting fan includes roughly 32 feet of misting hose that connects to a standard outdoor spigot. If the spigot is further away than that, a 100 ft water line extension carries it the rest of the way — worth adding if the fan will stand out in the yard. Details on misting fan rentals.
Ground cover and shade
A heavy-duty tarp in 8×10 or 10×20 works as ground cover under a canopy, over grass or dirt, or as extra shade. Canopies themselves come with sidewalls and include delivery and setup — see canopy rentals.
What a full Aubrey setup usually includes
- Seating and tables — white folding chairs, 6-foot rectangular tables and 4-foot round tables. Round tables include a disposable cover; rectangular tables do not, so add one if you want it. Chair covers are available separately. More on table and chair rentals.
- Cooling — the misting fan for open ground, pedestal fans for airflow under a canopy.
- Light after dark — 48 feet of warm Edison-style string lights for atmosphere, or the 31,000-lumen portable flood light on its adjustable tripod when you need to actually see.
- Drinks — ice chest coolers in several sizes (you supply the ice) and a drinks fountain for the beverage table.
- Waste — 33-gallon trash cans, each with one disposable bag included and extra bags available.
- Something to do — the giant tumble tower, the bean bag and 10-can toss game, the kids axe throwing target game, or a foam machine for the centrepiece. See party game rentals.
Delivery to Aubrey, or pickup
Most Aubrey orders are delivered. How that is priced:
- The delivery and pickup charge is calculated from the driving distance to the address you enter, not a flat zone, and it is shown before you submit the request.
- Delivery and setup are included with canopy rentals.
- If it is practical for you to collect the order, customer pickup is offered where available and carries no delivery charge.
- Refundable security deposits on certain items — tarps, extension cords, the speakers, several games — are listed separately in your quote and returned after the equipment comes back in good order. They are never part of the rental price.

Send your event details
Choose delivery, enter the Aubrey address, and send the request. The delivery and pickup charge appears before you submit, and no payment is taken at this stage.
We review and quote
We check availability, event details, transportation and deposits, then send your final quote with the amount due.
Payment confirms the booking
Once the required payment is received and we confirm the booking, the equipment is reserved for your date.

Questions from Aubrey customers
My outlet is a long way from where the party will be. What do you suggest?
Add a heavy-duty extension cord to the request — they come in 50 ft and 100 ft lengths and are rated for outdoor use. Tell us roughly how far the run is in the notes and we will check the plan before quoting.
Can the misting fan work if the spigot is far from the fan?
The fan includes roughly 32 feet of misting hose. For a longer run, add the 100 ft water line extension, which is a separate rental item made for exactly that.
