McKinney events we equip tend to be gatherings with a guest list — graduation parties, receptions, church and school events, milestone birthdays. Seating a crowd

Chairs
White folding chairs suit indoor and outdoor events alike and we keep plenty on hand. Chair rentals start at a minimum of 20, which is where most gatherings begin anyway. Chair covers are a separate add-on if the occasion calls for them.
Tables
6-foot rectangular tables handle food, drinks, gifts or a row of seats; 4-foot round tables seat smaller groups or serve as side tables. Round tables include a disposable cover; rectangular tables do not, so add covers if you want them. See table and chair rentals.
Being heard
Two speaker options, each including a microphone at no extra charge: the Sony ULT TOWER 10 with a wireless mic, and the Altec Lansing SoundRover Pro 650 with a wired one. For a speech, a toast or background music, either covers a typical gathering.
Making an entrance
- Stanchion and red carpet set — 8 stanchion posts, 6 connecting ropes and a 32-foot red carpet, for a ceremony, a graduation walk or a themed party entrance.
- Balloon arch frame / backdrop stand — a freestanding frame for a balloon arch or a photo backdrop. Balloons are not included, so bring your own or your decorator's.
- String lights — 48 feet of warm Edison-style lights across a patio or under a canopy once the evening comes in.
- Drinks fountain — for a beverage station that people notice.

Keeping guests entertained
For a mixed crowd, the games that work are the ones nobody needs to explain: the giant tumble tower, the bean bag and 10-can toss, and the kids axe throwing target game (a children's target game, not real axe-throwing equipment). Delivery to McKinney
- The delivery and pickup charge is calculated from the driving distance to the address you enter and shown before you submit, alongside your rentals and any refundable deposits.
- Canopies include delivery and setup.
- Customer pickup is offered where available and carries no delivery charge.
- Deposits on the speakers, the stanchion set and several games are refundable, listed separately, and returned after the equipment comes back in good order.

Questions from McKinney customers
How many chairs and tables should I order?
Count the guests you expect to be seated at once and add a small margin. Chair rentals start at 20. A 6-foot rectangular table seats a row or holds food and gifts; a 4-foot round table seats a smaller group. If you tell us the guest count in the notes we will sanity-check the numbers before quoting.
Do the speakers come with a microphone?

Can I add items after I have booked?
Yes. Open Track My Request, verify with the code sent to your email, and use Add to your booking. Additions are reviewed by us before they take effect, and existing booked items are not reduced.
